Brief

learnpurple are a talent management company who have both bespoke and off-the-shelf products and services to allow employers to establish the needs of their teams, to engage and develop them, and ultimately ensure that they retain their talent. With an ever expanding team and a diverse range of products and services, learnpurple needed a uniform way to present these services that made the concept of what they do easier to understand.

We delivered

A proposal to drop all of their products into one of three large umbrella categories – engage, develop and retain. This would make their concepts clearer and therefore easier to understand for users visiting their website. Together with learnpurple, we decided that only their online appraisal system, talent toolbox, should retain its own separate identity. This led to both learnpurple and talent toolbox being given a new brand image to represent the dynamic style of the organisation. Once complete, these were then applied to the new stationery, proposals and presentations, showing a brand consistency across the company.

Finally, we produced a full set of brand guidelines to fully ensure consistency across all documents produced both externally by Naked Creativity and internally at learnpurple. This document is supported by a web-based portal set up by Naked Creativity which gives the team at learnpurple access to the various templates, logos and images need to maintain the consistent brand image.
