Brief

As a leading architectural practice, specialising in airport, railway stations, and other large projects, Pascall+Watson needed a website to showcase their portfolio to potential customers, those looking to work in the practice, and other stakeholders.

We delivered

Naked Creativity's Creative Director designed the previous Pascall+Watson website several years ago, when the level of interactivity they desired (photo galleries, sliding menus, etc) was only possible using Flash.

However, this didn't make for an overly accessible website, either for users or search engines. So, when more functionality was needed, we recommended that the whole website be redesigned in HTML. The interactivity was made possible through Javascript frameworks, which make interactive elements easier, quicker, and more cost effective than ever before.

The result is an interactive, but highly useable experience for the end user.

The website is designed to be easy to update by the marketing team at Pascall+Watson. The website has now been fully indexed by Google, a significant improvement from the previous site, where only the homepage had been indexed as the links and site content were inside a Flash element that could not be easily crawled by search engines.
